Excavation to remove old footings ( a few large boulders).

Framed and poured new footing with key-way and reinforcing rod

Treated plywood is placed in floor joist bays on top of strips. R-19 insulation is
to insulate the floor. New footing also visible.
Floor completely insulated and bridging nailed in place. Plywood subfloor
is then glued and nailed, finishing the rough floor.
Interior ceiling and ceiling joists to be removed and replaced with new joists
and finished sheetrock.
Jack posts in place while new double 2x8 floor joists are installed.
Doubled ceiling joist with construction adhesive ready to be fastened in place
Ceiling is strapped and sheetrock is installed.
